Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for dedicated Assembler Technicians for our cutting-edge Electric Vehicle client in Los Angeles, CA near Glassel Park area. In this role, you will be responsible for the detailed assembly of the battery that will go into each vehicle. We are seeking team players who are open to working with an innovative team. This is a long-term temp-to-hire position in which you will have the chance to grow. We have several shifts available to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities • General support to the whole battery assembly line • Inspecting machinery, and reporting any faults to management and workers • Ensuring the required materials and consumables are available for production, and that the factory is safe for all workers • Implementing preventative maintenance methods • Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures • Supporting inventory control when necessary • Supporting battery engineering testing when necessary Requirements • Experience working with basic hand tools and power tools is a must • A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required • Knowledge of production preferred • Mechanically inclined • Experience in manufacturing and/or electrical systems is preferred • Strong problem solving and observational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to provide and receive training. • Must have reliable transportation Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
