Duties and Responsibilities: - Keep sidewalks, parking lots, and walking areas clear of leaves, grass and debris. - Check and replace exterior lighting - Perform minor maintenance on property as requested. - Clean and sweep dumpster areas and all outdoor recreational areas. - Shovel snow, plow and salt or use ice melt, as needed. - Notify managment of safety concerns in common areas - Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed. - Assist with "make-ready" duties when requested. - Distribute resident communications, i.e. upcoming events, pest control notices, entry notices, etc. - Physically walk the property on a frequent basis to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from the grounds. Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance. Ability to work independently and willingness to learn. Must have good communication abilities. No formal training required, just a willingness to work and learn. Physical Requirements: 1. Bend/Stoop/Squat/Kneel 2. Climb Stairs 3. Push or Pull 4. Reach Above Shoulders 5. Climb Ladders 6.
