Description

Give back to the community! Come join us on 11/13 to volunteer with Rice Sticks and Tea, a food pantry program serving low-income Asian immigrant and refugee families each month. It is the only food pantry program in the region whose mission is to serve the Asian community and provide food that is consistent with their cultural cooking traditions and preferences. We will be helping to sort and bag food to make the food distribution process run smoothly. For the health and safety of all participants, we will be limiting the size of the group and all participants will be required to wear masks. Please register on Eventbrite! Volunteer spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis and registration will end on Wednesday 11/10, so sign up soon! If you have any additional questions, please contact Alex Wu ([email protected]). Founded in 2012, Taiwanese American Professionals (TAP) - Boston is a chapter of the largest network of young Taiwanese American professionals in the United States. TAP makes up the largest program of the Taiwanese American Citizens League (TACL). TAP-Boston is a springboard for driven and passionate individuals interested in Taiwanese heritage to develop as leaders and to serve Greater Boston. We provide a supportive environment where members can reflect, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
