Lost dog. Missing since October 27th

My dog was in the yard and possibly slipped out of the gate. My neighbor said an Amazon driver picked my dog up from in front of the house and drove off. I was not home at the time. She’s only 4-5 months old. All black with a white neck/chest area. Silky smooth fur. About 15-20 lbs.
