Just posting this ad, hopefully no haters will annoy. Looking for a Private type Machine Guy who HAS a MACHINE or can borrow one/etc NOT RENT otherwise I can get my own guy to do that. A Small Size Excavator possibly since Skid Steer not really too well unless you have a bigger one than Home depot. -----So if you can see back half of the property, thats not blacktopped. I wanted to Grade nice and smooth like the front paved area and need Maybe Rca recycled concrete/etc so I can use for parking etc with some weed barriers thrown down or whatever. I DONT WANT TO GET BLACKTOPPED cause I will possibly build a building next few years. So someone who isnt Showing off, that they are SO BUSY and Too Cool to give me a low fair price LOL! Need a Humble person who has equipment. Someone who doesnt have as much work now with colder weather and has a CONNECTION with some Rock/Gravel/etc. Meaning you know someone that wants to get rid of some. The Ungraded area in the rear, is about 60 Ft back and about 200 ft wide. Again the Blacktop you see, will be all untouched and just cleaned. WILL DISCUSS MORE DETAILS on the phone. As you can see MOST of the rear area has been cleared and cleaned up. But the Skid Steer I rented few times, by the time of paying for the labor, maybe cheaper to find someone who has their own Machine and bigger to complete. ----PLEASE Introduce yourself, describe how you can help me, etc. NOT JUST LEAVE A NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. ******KEY POINT.
