Absorb the varied tones and frequencies of this live sound healing through the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, rattles drums and gongs. The purpose of this event is relaxation and reflectionln the past year. To celebrate the Winter Solstice and welcome the year to come. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your space. Please dress comfortably, gravity chairs will be set up for your use, but please feel free to bring any items with you that you like; blankets, pillows, eye masks and personal healing crystals.
