Our goal for 2021 and beyond is to be the number one wall art company online and you'll be helping us make that happen by bringing in new business by efficiently searching and closing clients. *** PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END BEFORE APPLYING*** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary: We are looking for an Order Management Assistant for our Neon LED e- Commerce. You'll be responsible for preparing orders before they get printed. Must be willing to work in a changing, and fast paced work environment. Experience can be any type of ecommerce, virtual work, and/or admin. Tech Savvy, Self Starter and Positive individual Must be willing to learn new things and take direction well. Creative, open minded, and fast learner Responsibilities: Receiving and Queuing order Time Management Creating Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Images according to standard Understanding of different web UI Elements. Ability to be flexible with formats regularly changing and adapting procedures. Familiar with Dropbox and Google Drive. Performing Order Management (Reviewing older orders) Resizing PDF/JPEG/PNG files with Illustrator Minor editing for improving picture quality Attention to details to replicate mockups using the mentioned software Checking orders on Shopify thoroughly Analyze and Determine what the customer may require Contacting customers via email or/and phone with any concerns regarding their respective orders in a professional manner. Knowledge of looking for information on google, computer applications, and other platforms. Ability to navigate around as well. Attention to Detail / Open Minded Collaborate clearly and openly with the team leader or teammates. Allocating and managing time for tasks assigned. Out of the box / critical thinking skills. Desire to grow and develop within a position or company Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator Experience with Shopify preferred(Can be taught in house) Proper EMAIL etiquettes Experience with Word, Excel or Google Docs, Sheets Preference -1-2 years of experience in ecommerce setting (not required) -Good typist (40-60 wpm) (All tasks are trained in house) Please READ the following: ***All in all we are looking for someone young, driven, and motivated. An individual who is willing to put in the work and stay here long term to develop our order management team and help the company and themselves grow. There are plenty of new skills to learn that most typical jobs don’t require.
