We are looking for general all around dedicated employee who can to be in charge of keeping jobs tidy and clean. This includes general maintenance, sweeping floors, general housekeeping. Also, yard work, yard maintenance, and everything in between, including keeping all aspects tidy and organized. So you will not get bored doing the same old same old.. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. Qualification: • Handy Man: 1 year (Preferred) • Full Time: Monday through Friday and some on-call weekends. Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Duties: •Duties to include: Handling Work Orders Interior and Exterior Painting Drywall repair Irrigation Clean up of the community Bathroom and Kitchen maintenance Helping with planned Events Maintenance skills and tools a plus Knowledgeable and Positive attitude welcomed This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working as a team. •
