WE ARE HIRING! POSITION: Event Setup Attendant LOCATION: Lakeland FL PAY RATE: $13.00 per hour HOURS: Various shifts. Date: Monday, November 1, 2021 Time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Use Entrance 1 or 2 Link to Apply: This is a very exiting position for someone that likes helping making events and celebrations possible. Someone that likes working as part of a team of co-workers that are like a family. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist the Operations Manager/Supervisor getting rooms ready for Events. • Helps setting up floors, tables, chairs, backgrounds, podiums, and stages • Helps with the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the Center. • Setup and tear-down of Events all events according to event needs and the standards of conference center/operations. • Cleans and maintains conference event/facilities including storage and staging areas to standards of event • Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and Lead. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 18 years old or older. • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. • Must be punctual and demonstrate good work ethics. • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner • Ability to perform tasks involving high levels of cognitive function and judgment • Not mentally or physically impaired from any cause that can adversely affect the ability to safely and competently perform the job duties and functions • Must be a Team Player and willing to have fun at work.
