This position is for full time Maintenance Technician for a Timeshare Property in Kihei. Qualified candidates will be well rounded in all aspects of maintenance. Must have knowledge in plumbing, light electrical and general maintenance. Light knowledge of washer and dryer repairs is a plus.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The maintenance Technician performs necessary and minor repairs and preventative maintenance on all units. Communication with office staff is a must and guest relations are essential within this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Plumbing; Toilet, Faucet and able to trouble shoot problems regarding plumbing.
Painting including; preparation, Sanding, patch work etc.
Lock adjustments, window locks, door locks etc.
Preventive maintenance units checks are a must.
