Hello I am a property owner in Jacksonville. I am looking for someone to help with renovations for my rental property. If all goes well I promise future work. I will list all I would like to get done with the property. If you are qualified to do some things & not others that is fine just state what you would like to do & your price either per hour, per day or per job. I dislike in person quotes because of the time commitment and pressure to close but if you would like you can come by but I will not answer you in person. I can provide as many pictures, videos, & information as needed via text or email. I can pay for materials. I can pay end of day or end of job. I will not pay before work is done and I will not pay a substantial amount before the equivalent of work is done. I will not respond to emails of just your phone number and asking me to call you. Please list your qualifications, references, price, availability etc. After evaluating this information I will call you. You may ask me work related questions as well as references. List * I would like to extend my fence. I currently have Vinyl fencing covering only the front portion of my house. I would like to cover the side but not the back. (Can order materials) I want concrete in every post. * I would like to replace 2 water heaters. My hot water runs out in about 15 minutes of running. I would like it to run for about 30 minutes at least. * I would like to build a hand rail (currently have materials) * Repair handrail that is currently installed but brick is loose * Install door locks into closets (2) * I had someone tile the bathroom in the process they ripped out wood. They could have done a better job replacing the wood. I would like for the space to resemble the rest of the surrounding wood * Readjusting bedroom doors to close with out dragging (2) They currently drag and scrape the floor. * Maybe installing carpet for the upstairs because of complaints of noise from downstairs. It is a 3 br 1 ba 950 sq Ft with a staircase. The main purpose would be sound dampening, so will require special underlayment Must have ✅ Own all required tools ✅ Have 3 references of local property owners that you have worked for ✅ Experience in field ✅ Accepts Cashapp or Zelle ✅ Cleans their work space ✅ Protects surrounding items from damage ✅ Do everything up to legal code ✅ Valid ID (I ask for copy of Id because I do not live in Jacksonville & will be monitoring work remotely) Good to have Open Availability Local I ideally would like to start Monday November 1 but am flexible Hablo Espanol
