MARLBOROUGH, MA — The main event in the 2021 Marlborough city election is the rematch between longtime incumbent Mayor Arthur Vigeant and city police officer David Garceau — but there's more on the ballot this year. There's one contested City Council race in 2021 in Ward 4, but every other Councilor is up for reelection. Three School Committee members are also up for reelection, and there's one challenger in the mix.
