All proceeds benefit Clear Path for Veterans, New England in Devens! Join us the Saturday after Veterans Day for our annual fundraiser. Clear Path for Veterans New England was established in 2017 with a mission to build a safe, supportive and respectful place for Veterans to seek the help and resources they need in order to successfully integrate into their communities. Programs include: Career ServicesCanine ProgramPeer MentoringWellness Programs (including Tai Chi!)Tai Chi has been studied as an effective "prescription" for the symptoms of PTSD. Tai Chi is often referred to as "meditation in motion" for its gentle, flowing movements. Tai Chi can improve strength, increase flexibility and promote circulation, as well as foster peace of mind. After the lesson browse the raffle for great prizes like gift certificates to local businesses and restaurants! The drawing will be held 11/19; winners will be notified by 11/21. Bring along friends and family members who want to help support a great cause! Donations of all amounts are welcome; suggested donation of $20.
