Job Duties: • Pre-delivery bike preparation • Checking orders for quality and accuracy • Following proper delivery procedures • Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions • Execute cash management duties What we seek: • Legally eligible to work in the US • Prior experience in a customer service focused position • Prior delivery driver/bike messenger experience - a plus • Organization skills • Must have own bicycle in working order • Ability to do late night deliveries was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz and we have been feeding the insatiable hunger of our fans ever since.
