Position: Pick Pack & Shipper Reports to: Warehouse Manager Summary Our company is searching for a Picker/Packer/Shipper to help us with our shipping and receiving operations. In this position, you will work in our Medway Warehouse packing, labeling, and scanning outgoing shipments. Our ideal applicant has general warehouse or order picking experience. However, we will work with any applicants that have a strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position. You also need to be able to work in a loud trucking environment when loading shipments. Picker/Packer/Shipper Duties and Responsibilities Receive orders for outgoing shipments Find the products on our warehouse shelves Package and prepare shipping labels through UPS and FedEx online system Pack the products and apply a label Scan the label and put the package on an outgoing truck Log orders to keep the inventory up-to-date Perform quality control and final inspection of parts for shipment to customers Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities Picker/Packer Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred) Warehouse or assembly line experience A keen eye for detail Strong organization skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Strong Microsoft Skills -- Excel, Word, etc. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt Exhibits a teamwork mentality
