Description
We are a property management company with a portfolio of homes in the Somerville/Medford area, currently searching for dependable handyman to help with the general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our properties. All properties are multi-family homes. Relevant experience is preferred.
You must have experience with:
- Routine Repairs
- Painting/Patching
- General carpentry
- Home appliances
- General building repairs and upkeep
- Landscaping
- Own transportation
- Own tools
- English speaking
Bonus Experience:
- Technology experience with Appfolio or something similar
- Home remodeling skills
- Plumbing/electrical/HVAC etc..
- Experience interacting with tenants
Must have your own transportation. Pay is $20-50/hr depending on skills and experience. 10-20 hours a week available for the right candidate. Flexible schedule. Competitive on call rates for emergencies.
