Timed 5k that finishes with drinks, food trucks and concert by Poo Live Crew benefitting Streams & Valleys, 501c non-profit. ***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE BIG RIVER BIRTHDAY BASH BENEFITTING STREAMS & VALLEYS. SEVERAL TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE. VOLUNTEERS WILL HELP WITH THE FOLLOWING: -RUN COURSE SUPPORT/ WATER STOP/ CHEER STATION -REGISTRATION -EVENT SUPPORT / SET-UP/CLEAN-UP VOLUNTEERS WILL GET A FREE EVENT TEE, WRISTBAND TO THE AFTER PARTY WITH FREE FOOD, DRINKS AND CONCERT. ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD WEAR COMFY WORKOUT ATTIRE AND EXPECT TO WALK OR STAND AT THE EVENT. _____ EVENT DETAILS BIG RIVER BASH CELEBRATING OUR 50TH BIRTHDAY! Social Running encourages an active community through FREE weekly runs, pop-up training distances, social fun-runs at local restaurants, and larger themed events like this one. Each dollar made goes back into the community providing more FREE runs, money to help improve the trails we frequent through Streams and Valleys, and promoting more active opportunities through Blue Zones Project or our other Local Community Partners.
