Wine Tasting at Crockett Hall featuring Landon Winery Perceptions of wine taste are influenced by our past experiences, our current mood, our expectations, and any number of incidental details. Basics with Bob will teach you about how the foods you eat affect your perception of the wine you're drinking. We will discuss the components that affect taste, teach you how to see, smell, and taste wine, and more. This interactive tasting class involves a lot of wine tasting so plan to eat before class begins. We have plenty of dinning options available and will also have charcuterie boards available to purchase. Tasting wines include 15th Anniversary Blend, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Yellow Rose, The Texan and Rose` of Syrah Dry. You will have an opportunity at the end of the event to purchase bottles of wine that were sampled. -we provide the space, wines, tasting note sheet, glasses and the food impact items- -all ticket sales are final-
