I play guitar and keys and sing. I'm looking for other musicians with similar tastes to start a project we can be proud of, play some gigs, etc., and see where it goes from there. I've had lots of experience with recording and playing shows. I'm looking for capable musicians/vocalists that like well crafted songs with clever chord progressions, harmony vocals, and lush textures. I like retro-futurism, '60s bubblegum pop meets '90s shoegaze meets analog synth new wave meets whatever else sounds good. I like hooks and the grey areas between happy/sad, aggressive/beautiful, heavy/light, stuff you can't really put your finger on. Combination of originals and covers. If none of this makes sense, think Beatles-influenced psychedelic pop, I guess. I'm in my 40s but can still function, still have some good songs left in me (I hope). If you have any talent and want to try something different, please get in touch. I've tried finding people on here with zero luck, but figured I'd try again.
