TAMPA, FL — Detectives are seeking the public's help to find a killer who left a woman's body in a home that was scheduled for demolition.
Just before 8 a.m. on Sept. 27, construction workers conducting a walk-through of the home in the 1800 block of East Sligh Avenue before tearing it down discovered the body of Linda Harris.
The medical examiner said she suffered from upper body trauma and ruled her death a homicide.
Detectives are seeking any information about Harris's activities in the days leading up to her death. Those with information should call Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-TIPS.
