STERLING, VA — A new medical cannabis dispensary is coming to Sterling. BEYOND/HELLO will open its doors to patients and registered agents on Tuesday, Nov. 2. BEYOND/HELLO's new storefront will encompass 8,000 square feet and include 17 point-of-sale systems, 70 onsite parking spots and a separate delivery service area, according to a news release. The dispensary will be located at 21290 Windmill Parc Drive in the Dulles Technology Corridor. The dispensary is a part of Jushi Holdings, which operate the dispensary through a subsidiary. the company already operates a BEYOND/HELLO location in the Manassas area. Jim Cacioppo is the founder and CEO of Jushi Holdings. "We're thrilled to open BEYOND / HELLO Sterling in such a vibrant area, famous for its high-tech data centers, modern shopping malls and suburban residential communities," Cacioppo said. "With the completion of the initial build-out of our 93,000 sq. ft. vertically integrated facility and the opening of our second NOVA dispensary, we are delivering on our commitment to broaden access for the Commonwealth's growing medical cannabis population." BEYOND/HELLO Sterling is committed to accessibility, according to their news release announcing the new location. The dispensary claims to be accessible for people with physical disabilities, and LGBTQ friendly. They also noted that they plan to provide a 10 percent discount to anyone who is 65 or older, a veteran, or an active member of the military. Available products will include dry leaf, concentrates, cartridges, tinctures, topicals, edibles, capsules, pills and various ancillary products such as approved batteries and devices, the dispensary said. With two locations in Virginia, Cacioppo said they are just getting started. "We look forward to opening up more retail locations in high populous areas like Fairfax, Alexandria and Arlington and expanding our cultivation and manufacturing facility as we prepare to meet Virginia's growing marketplace demands."
