On Tuesday, October 19, 2021-One Richard Cox-a Pondview resident was intoxicated and unlawfully entered Linda’s apartment, dressed in nothing but his ripped underwear, went into her refrigerator, ate something, and proceeded to lay down on her bed. Again on Wednesday after office hours, October 2oth another incident of intoxication from Mr. Cox who lives on the 2nd floor. Linda suffers from a specific disease and is confined to a wheelchair. On September 21st, 2021 I emailed Alberto a proposal about being hired as an onsite undercover security officer, he never responded to my email. You can just imagine the horror she must have felt. She called the police, Middletown PD, arrived and removed Mr. Cox from her apartment, took him away, and then released Cox back to Pondview Apartments.Mr. Cox is a repeated offender in such types of incidents.Linda along with the other residents feel that the Middletown PD reactions to such repeated ugly incidents are biased. Mr. Cox is white and if this was a black or Latino man he’d be in jail still today.Also, on Sept. 10th, 2021 around 12:00 on Mr. Louis Sanchez ( a known drug user & distributor) of Apartment 205 threatened Sarah who lives in Apartment 314, that he was going to murder her.Then around 1:30 that same day he threatened Lisa Media who works in the office.20 of the residents here signed a petition and emailed it to Alberto-upper management, Sanchez was scolded, however, he’s still here.The petition demanded that Sanchez be evicted A.S.A.P. A 3 Day Stay of Executive was never done.Mr. Cox & Mr. Sanchez are still living in this building.I even sent Capital Realty a Proposal to act as a type of paid security for the building.
