Internationally renowned harpist, Parker Ramsay, will showcase his latest works. St. John’s Church Concert Series is pleased to present Parker Ramsay playing J. S. Bach’s Goldberg Variations in a transcription for harp. His 2020 recording of this work on the King’s College, Cambridge label was praised as “remarkably special” (Gramophone), “nuanced and insightful” (BBC Music Magazine), “relentlessly beautiful” (WQXR), “marked by keen musical intelligence” (The Wall Street Journal) and “a resounding success” (The Independent). Join us for this intimate concert at the historic Green Meldrim House. Tickets are $20 each and must be purchased through the link below.
