Join us October 7th for a beginner and gentle flow guided by Jennifer. With a emphasis on breath work and meditation, this class will focus on a variety of poses and balancing poses. This class will leave you feeling lighter, relaxed and warm.
After our flow, enjoy BLK + BRWN, LLC as they share their small business with us! Stay and shop, supporting a black-owned business amplifying Black and Brown storytelling.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Bring a mat, if you do not have one, we will have extras here.
