More Than Just A Class: Ignite Your Fiyah is about connecting with your Ancestral Roots. Through dance, song & sweat, we are able to find that inner peace that stays with us long after the class has ended. With each dance created in honor of an ancestor, this one hour long class will give you the opportunity to honor culture while burning calories! Stay FIT and Ignite Your Fiyah!
