A first time homebuyers class features educational resources and material on developing strategies and awareness on financial management, housing affordability, down payment assistance, and how to work with your homebuyers team to accomplish your goals. UF/IFAS Extension is a branch of the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural sciences. We offer science-based solutions to help Florida residents and local governments deal with a vast range of challenges.
