Press release from the City of South Bend: 2021-10-28 Starting Monday, November 1, North Shore Drive from Leeper to Niles avenues will be closed for AEP to install an underground transmission line. Detour routes will be Michigan Street and Notre Dame Avenue via Angela Boulevard. The street is expected to reopen end of day Tuesday, November 2, weather permitting.
