ARPA Funds Planning Meeting for RI Communities of Color As we approach the final two months of 2021. We are all experiencing the challenges of COVID 19 and the systemic issues that were exacerbated by the Pandemic. Rhode Island received one Billion dollars in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. A portion of these funds are earmarked to provide support for communities of color. Multicultural Innovation Center (MIC) and its partners are requesting your participation in establishing a list of recommendations and the priorities that are in the best interests of Rhode Island's communities of color. This list will serve as a collective ask of Rhode Island decision-makers. We invite you to join us for this planning discussion.
