Fine Housekeeping cleaner(s) needed for same-sex male married older active retired couple. No children. No pets. Recurring — 4 to 6 plus hours per week; best for Monday through Friday, but Saturday, Sunday, early and late times possible. Whatever schedule must be fixed and consistent. As we are gourmet cooks, kitchen and dining room cleanup is the priority task. (Food preparation and fine cooking is of interest as well although that is not required.) Additional needs are: bedroom toilets and showers, change sheets, laundry of clothing and bedding. As needed windows, exterior patio decks and walls, exterior furniture, refrigerator, etc. One person, or teams of two to three people are acceptable. Cleaning companies are welcome to apply. W-9 and 1099 Income Reported COVID vaccination documentation required...no exceptions. We are vaccinated and boosted. Must accept some special cleaning methods and instructions such as for cast iron, non-scratch cleaners, etc. STRICT COVID procedures required: distance, fresh air, vaccination (no exceptions), masking. Central Palm Springs in Movie Colony ** Not a personal caretaker position. For serious housekeeping professionals only ** QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication using spoken English is required. Two (2) years of stable recent prior experience *as paid home housekeeper* Two (2) years stable residence in Coachella Valley At least two other current housekeeping clients References Required from other housekeeping clients, Background Check (no prior drug abuse or criminal history), Citizen of United States California Driver’s License and reliable vehicle, Strong preference to those with flexibility for some short notice (same-day) tasks. This is a long term position so applicants must show ability to provide service for at least two years. No transients.
