We are looking for a reliable, full-time handyman to join our team. This is a W-2 job and comes with a benefits package. It will be a Monday- Friday position and will have day-time hours. 5-10 years of verifiable experience Expert level knowledge in basic trade – electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, finish carpentry Experience in home maintenance – adjusting doors, cabinets, remove/replace appliances, repair garbage disposal, etc. Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Must be able to multitask – you will schedule/keep appointments, plan and organize multiple jobs at multiple locations Proficient in time management – you will be responsible for keeping track of your time, appointments you’ve made, etc. Paperwork management - you will be responsible for all paperwork you are working on, as well as submitting company receipts to the main office Must be able to estimate material Physical demands include walking, sitting for long periods, standing for long periods, bending, climbing ladders, crawling, and heavy lifting High school diploma or GED Must have communication proficiency Willingness to learn ***Please send your complete resume as a PDF via email.
