Here are the top stories today in Reno: The Reno Police Department, Major Accident Investigation (M.A.I.T.) are investigating a vehicle versus pedestrian crash that occurred this morning near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle sustained no injury and remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation. (KTVN)Reno mom Kat Geiger founded Thrive Wellness after losing her baby during her third trimester. Thrive Wellness offers an outpatient perinatal mental health program and a free loss and grief support group. "It becomes this healing community and that's where healing is at in our community. It's not just about individual therapy, it's not just about family therapy or medication. It's about making a real lasting community," said Geiger.
