Brite Star Lighting has serviced the Ventura County area and beyond for over 20 years. We serve a high-end clientele with both Residential and Commercial properties. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that are interested in active work. This job entails running a crew efficiently, time management, following safety protocols, understanding of basic schematics, handling basic tools. Preferred experience includes basic electrical knowledge, leadership & management skills. A good driving record is a plus! All candidates must be accustomed to working a full day outdoors. Our holiday lighting is in high demand and we need as many qualified applicants as possible for full and part-time positions. Crew Leader Requirements: requires general knowledge of construction, installation or electrician techniques Experience leading a team of 3+ crew members, A truck is beneficial for company transport but not required. Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead a crew of 3-5 people in installations, if available, drive the crew to various job locations across Ventura and Los Angeles County. Mileage Compensation Included. These positions are seasonal, hiring now for work through January with year-round opportunities available.
