· Assign daily work orders · Follow up on assigned work · Conduct walk throughs of properties identifying maintenance needs · Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment · Maintain and implement preventive maintenance of equipment · Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors This is a hands on position. Must have working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair as well as an understanding of heavy equipment such as boilers, chillers, HVAC.
