Hanshi Paul Irizarry will be conducting a Kyokushin-Kai Karate Seminar Saturday, November 6th from 10am-12pm for ages 5 and up and for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Kyokushin is a full contact Martial Art,that originates from Japan and is a style of stand up fighting and is rooted in philosophy of self improvement, discipline and hard training.
