Responsibilities Retrieve and dispose of any trash or debris from outside grounds and public areas Maintain outside areas, reporting maintenance issues and special cleaning assignments (i.e. pressure washing or repainting areas) Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly projects as assigned by Housekeeping Managers/Supervisors Clean stairwells, elevators and walkways free from debris Maintain housekeeping supply storeroom by organizing new supplies Qualifications Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates and guests in person or via a cellular telephone/radio Must be able to read and understand daily work assignments Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to push/pull up to 250 pounds frequently
