Culver City Crossroads October 28, 2021 On October 26, 2021, the City Manager issued the Thirty-Eighth Supplement to Public Order under the City of Culver City Emergency Authority. In order to protect public health and safety, beginning November 29, 2021, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to enter certain indoor businesses and City facilities. Locations Where Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is Required: Food & Beverage EstablishmentsGyms and Fitness VenuesEntertainment and Recreation VenuesPersonal Care EstablishmentsCity Facilities Businesses are required to verify proof of vaccination for anyone 18 years of age and older. On-site employees are required to provide proof of vaccination to their employers. Unvaccinated patrons must use outdoor facilities. Only if no outdoor facilities are available, they can use indoor facilities with a negative COVID-19 test and while wearing a surgical, KN95 or N95 mask. Unvaccinated patrons without a negative COVID-19 test may go inside briefly to order food to go or use the bathroom, while wearing a surgical, KN95 or N95 mask. For City facilities, unvaccinated individuals will be provided alternative arrangements for access to City services, to be determined on a case-by-case basis, including online or remote services, outdoor service, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test to access indoor services that cannot be provided in other ways. Outdoor large events (between 5,000 and 9,999 attendees) must verify proof of vaccination. Public Health continues to require everyone to wear a mask in indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.
