Please help me save Shadow

https://gofund.me/b0e361ee So... I have a friendly stray cat that myself and some other coworkers feed at work. We named him Shadow. I called for a TNR a few months ago because the colony down the street was pooping out kittens like crazy. A couple of weeks ago our stray, Shadow, was caught and neutered. This made me really happy but maybe 3 days ago we noticed that he had a baseball sized lump in his gut and some ringworm. I caught him and he's staying in my bathroom. I'm taking him to the vet on Monday and I'm expecting it to cost around 300$. If you're able to donate anything to help with the costs this would help us tremendously.
