After 90 days employee is eligible for sign-on bonus up to $750. Entry Level Welder/Fabricator Our rapidly growing door and staircase manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced Welder/Fabricator. We are looking for someone to weld and fabricate high end decorative stair railings for both interior and exterior staircases. We are looking for that individual who is motivated, self-starting and can trouble shoot and problem solve in the field as needed. Quality, professionalism and courtesy to our customers is a must! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Must have clean driving record - Must be able to lift over 50+ pounds on a repetitive basis and over uneven terrain - Experience welding, steel, stainless and aluminum with level, rake and radius parts. - Measuring, cutting and fabricate parts as needed on jobsite - Must be able to problem solve design/build issues on site as needed - Experience with woodworking, house framing and/or carpentry is a plus - Exceptional Math skills needed - Work safely and efficiently with little supervision - Maintain high quality work and cleanliness at all times - Must have good customer service skills - Observing and following all company procedures and policies REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet quality and safety standards • Must have a great attitude and thrive in a team environment • Hard working and self-motivated • Must have reliable transportation • Dependable and On Time Daily • Able to deliver consistent results daily If this sounds like the job for you please respond with your resume or brief description of your work history and qualifications.
