Daily routine sample below
1) Empty waste baskets and dispose of all trash.
2) Vacuum and wipe down hallways and landings.
3) Wipe, clean and polish all elevators and panels.
4) Clean the training center and sanitize once a week.
5) Clean leasing office every morning.
6) Wipe fingerprints off front door as needed.
7) Maintain toilet facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
8) Pressure wash all around premises.
9) Clean laundry room.
10) Clean windows and windowsills.
11) Sweep sidewalk outside entry area.
12) Pick up trash around premises.
13) Clean trash compactor rooms. Perform other services necessary to maintain premises in a
clean and sanitary condition.
