Description
James G. Dades & Co. is seeking a full-time bookkeeper. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing books, posting entries, bank and credit card reconciliation, financial statements, sales tax returns and other accounting duties.
Responsibilities include:
-Day-to-day general ledger management, journal entries, account
reconciliations
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
-Prepare sales tax returns
-Prepare payroll tax returns
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience
-Strong accounting skills
-Experience and knowledge of accounting, tax and office
software
-Skillful attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to interact with clients on a frequent basis
