EmpireWorks Reconstruction is a Florida based construction company that focuses on exterior renovation throughout Florida. We are Hiring for Concrete Restoration Mechanics for our Fort Lauderdale, FL project. This position earns $22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on work experience. Consistent 40-hour work week, work schedule is from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Pay EVERY FRIDAY, Direct Deposit. *** Se Habla Español*** Concrete Restoration Job Requirements: EmpireWorks is seeking to fill multiple positions for general and skilled labor in Dade and Broward Counties. Jobsites may vary from: including industrial sites, commercial construction projects, residential mid-rise and hi-rise and parking garages. Employees perform various construction duties daily involved in selective demolition, concrete repair and restoration, concrete coatings, waterproofing and painting applications such as: • Ability to work on the ground and from boom lifts and or elevated suspended platforms (swing stages) We will provide training and certifications if you don’t have them. • Selective concrete demolition & Surface Preparation (Grinding, Milling, Chipping, Shotblasting, Sand Blasting) • Placing and finishing concrete and specialty mortars, resins and grouts. • Installation of resinous coating and lining systems (Epoxies, Polyurethanes, etc.) • Installation of waterproofing membranes, sealants, grouts and injection resins • Must have basic tools, EmpireWorks will provide all major tools. • Must supply Hard Hat, long pants, and boots. • Willing to work hard and in a very safe manner. • Osha 10 is a plus. • Capable to move 5-gallon buckets, ladders and any other painting equipment needed. • Transportation will not be provided; you must be able to get to the job site or get a ride from some other coworker or friend to the job site. • Must have a great attitude and strong work ethic. • Must be friendly and able to work with others as a team. • Willing to follow company rules, safety standards and on-site Foreman. **Construction, Masonry, Reconstruction, Carpenters, Painters, Stucco, Plastering**, Concrete Restoration**
