Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.Responsibilities Meet with clients and assess their organizational needs within their homes. Work on a team to sort, catalog, and photograph home inventory for estate sales. Pack and unpack client belongings. Work on a team to clean the home after inventory is removed. Document process and procedures within company CRM. Care for and manage company equipment. Engage in company meetings. Qualifications Ability to work individually and as part of a team. A natural instinct to organize or improve upon current systems. Have a strong interest in antiques, vintage items, second-use and resale inventory. Desire to help others who wish to improve their lives through home organization. Empathy for those who have physical and mental health challenges. Capable of handling a multitude of situations.
