See job details below: Dishwasher Essential Functions: -Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized -Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned -Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management -Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation -Ensures security of company assets -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Food Service Supervisor Essential Functions: -Maintains an active presence in the operation during all scheduled shifts -Assists frontline associates and managers with basic inquiries and completion of operational tasks -Oversees workstation set up/breakdown, ensures proper supplies are ordered and in place prior to service -Assists with daily, monthly and year end tasks, including inventory and basic reporting -Monitors workplace safety standards and provides coaching when necessary -Directs and assigns associates in the performance of their duties using independent judgment -May have the authority to discipline associates -Directs safe operation of equipment such as hot boxes, tables, chairs, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc. -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Ensures food safety and sanitation guidelines are in place and adhered to before, during and after service -Ensures cash, coin and other company assets are handled in accordance with company policy; reports any deviation to management -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Baker Essential Functions: -Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes -Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment -Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc. food items -Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc. -Safely utilizes a variety of utensils including knifes -Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures -Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation -Ensures security of company assets -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Food Prep Worker Essential Functions: -Prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes -Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment -Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items -Safely utilizes a variety of utensils including knifes -Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines -Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures -Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation -Ensures security of company assets -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Cook Essential Functions: -Cooks and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes -Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment -Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items -Safely utilizes a variety of utensils including knives -Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc. -Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods -Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines -Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures -Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation -Ensures security of company assets -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Lead Cook Essential Functions: -Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and oversees the completion of tasks -Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc. -Cooks and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes -Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment -Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items -Safely utilizes a variety of utensils including knifes -Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc. -Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods -Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines -Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures -Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils -Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. -Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation -Ensures security of company assets -Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
