We are a local full service gutter company that is looking for a project manager. This is a customer service position. You will be working with homeowners in their homes and over the phone. You will either need to have knowledge of the gutter industry or have sales experience. This is what you will be doing: -Inspect gutters on home including fascia and downspout -Measure gutters -Give a presentation to the homeowner about what we offer -Give a quote -Get a signed contract if possible (follow up with home owners that did not sign contract) -Be on jobsite to make sure all material needed is on site -Follow up with home owner the day after install is complete You will be paid based on the size of the job and you are paid for completed jobs only. (The average job will pay around $150-350). If you have sales skills then you would most likely get a higher price and put more money in your pocket. We pay commission on anything you get over the base price. Inspection, measurements and presentation will take 2hrs or less. Receive material on the job site will take 30 min. In person customer follow up will take 30+min. That's not bad money for 3 hrs of easy work. Even if only half the customers sign the contract that's 2 hrs for the missed one and 3 hrs for the successful install for a total of 5 hrs between the 2 quotes. $150+ for 5 hrs, can't beat that. Right now we are getting 1 project per week $150-350 per week for 5 hours of easy work. We are getting traction so that 1 project per week will turn into 2 soon and we will only grow from there.
