UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 71-year-old man was shot in the leg on the Upper West Side Thursday near Broadway and West 71st Street, police said. The shooting took place around 3:45 p.m., police said. The man was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in stable condition. Police said they are looking for three suspects. At this time, police did not provide added information on what led to the shooting.
