Looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 baths in Decatur or nearby within 25 to 30 minutes. Can be a fixer upper/rent to own as i am handy with many trades. A garage, barn, or place to work on things would be a bonus. If post is up im still looking. Honest, dependable, and hard worker. Mature man living alone. Just looking to get out of apartment living.
