Early Registration For RVC Fun Run/5K Ends Next Week

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Time is running out to early register for the 5K Run and 1 Mile Family Fun Run. The village's annual races are scheduled for Nov. 13. The fun run is at 8:30 a.m. and starts at Front Street at the rear of the LIRR. The 5K starts at 9:30 a.m. and steps off at Front Street between North Village and Centre Avenues. Fees are $25 for the 5K (which includes the Fun Run) until Nov. 1 and $30 thereafter. All registrations are to be submitted online through Rec Desk. The first 100 children registered for the fun run and the first 500 for the 5K get free t-shirts.
