OfficeScapes is currently looking to hire a project manager/coordinator to join our team! Overview: The person in this position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of resources. Successful project management means meeting the client’s requirements on time and within cost constraints while maintaining good customer relations. Position Responsibilities: • Meet the performance, schedule and cost constraints of the project • Prepare working project budgets and negotiate with subcontractors • Project planning, including logistics, scheduling manpower and other resource allocation • Primary after order customer interface • Functionally responsible for project scope management, project quality management, project time management and project cost management • Be proficient with project management software tools – currently Procore • Clean and timely project close out with complete documentation Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 to 5 years related experience • Dynamic, proactive, and aggressive in a positive way • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with project management software preferred • Must have excellent communications skills Attractive Benefit Package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance and more OfficeScapes Colorado Springs is an Equal Opportunity Employer
