Looking to Hire a weekly cleaner *And some other one time yard jobs

I have a variety of jobs please read below. If you are not looking for a cleaning weekly job please scroll to #2. #1. I am looking for a weekly maid that ideally speaks both English and Spanish. I work and take care of my grandmother that mainly speaks Spanish in the same home and I need some help with the weekly house maintaining to keep it as clean as I would like it to be. We also have dogs and chickens. Must be good with animals. The job would be Mondays 3 hours, Wednesdays 2 1/2 hours, Friday 2 hours and Saturdays 1 1/2 hours. The basics are Cleaning the house, patio, front, two bedrooms, two bath, smaller one story home, taking the trash out on Mondays. #2. Yard work some would be once a month and some is a one time job: Raking the yard, filling holes with dirt(dogs dug), painting the patio floor, help me move some furniture around that needs two people such as a round table with a glass top and its base, our fan light in the dinning area is not turning on if someone knows how to fix that or take a look. Removing a broken easy up canopy that broke during the resent storm. #3. I have an RV that needs the shower cold water knob fixed, Passenger seat arm tightened and the RV side door handle removed and replaced, put more screws in the RV cabinets that have fallen during travel and into the microwave metal holder so it does not move around when driving, caulk the bottom of a shower. Washing and putting a protective wax on the outside of the RV. #4. I have a two car garage and will be preparing for a garage sale and need some help moving everything out of the garage and wiped down so I can organize it. Please send me your name and number.
