Rehoming Long hair cat

I need to rehome my cat because I am moving and cannot take him. He is not declawed, but he is neutered. I will not rehome him to someone planning to declawing him, and he is a verticals and horizontal scratcher. He will scratch carpet, furniture, etc. I am asking $75 for a rehoming fee. He is about four years old. But I can look up his birthday for an exact day. He is not up-to-date on vaccines, but I would be willing to take him and get him updated for split cost. She is a very cuddly cat, but she can also get sassy. He doesn’t bite but when he gets in a sassy mood he does get mouthy. He’s always use the litter box fine. He will come with his litter box, food bowl and water dish. All of his toys, and his cat tree if you’re interested. We had another cat and they didn’t get along. It took us about a year for them to get along, and he eventually did fine with it. But the other cat didn’t like him after the year. So he would be better without another cat, but as long as the other cat minds it’s own business he would be fine after a while. He is an inside cat. But we do let him outside daily in our fenced in backyard, and he loves it!
